How to use of our BD518 emergency repair agent rebuilding compound coating:

1.Should follow the process principle of stopping leakage first and repairing last

2.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment around the parts of the temporarily stopping leakage,then clean it.

3.Configuration:According to the mass ratio A:B=2:1 or volume ratio A:B=2:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly,
then use it immediately.

4.Coating: Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the leakage area or around it,make it to be compacted,
other strengthening measures should be taken if necessary.

5.Curing: Cure for 50 minutes at the temperature of 20～25 degree before putting it into use,if the temperature is too low,can heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions, due to the actual working condition is more complex,
recommend that users do pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,it will prolong the curing time,proper heating measures should be taken.

3.The curing speed of this product is very fast,so every time the mixed quantity should not be too much.
When the environment temperature is above 25 degree,the curing speed will also expedite.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
